TKLi’s Core Services Engine is comprised of four integrated components fondly nicknamed Tracker, Thor, Mercury and Socrates.

Tracker

On the technical side, Tracker provides access to raw tracking data in multiple electronic formats such as CSV and XML export files. THOR

THOR is the engine that powers TKLi’s email delivery and campaign management system.
One part power, one part finesse, THOR can deploy large campaigns in minutes or can be set for interval drops so as not to swamp ISPs – which is the most effective method for deliverability. The genius of THOR is the system’s ability to automatically detect delivery issues or trends, and notify our engineers to make any necessary adjustments.

THOR orchestrates and directs the key underlying services of TKLi campaign deployment services, such as email delivery, bounce and user response processing, creative management, data import and export, and many others.

The central structure, this ‘Core Services Engine’ is a multi-server, multi-threading, preemptive multitasking process controller that is constantly processing data in real-time, ensuring all systems are operating in sync and at maximum capability.

Mercury

Mercury is TKLi’s database and ad serving program, which is responsible for all of the ‘heavy lifting’. Mercury is anchored by a database that was built for maximum flexibility, list management and conversion tracking.

Mercury is the foundation system behind TKLi campaign tracking services. This proprietary software system is capable of handling thousands of connections per second with ease, and performs automatic load-balancing tracking requests to ensure imperceptible delays in the tracking process.

Mercury also has conversion and action tracking capability to allow enhanced ROI reporting and analysis of each campaign.

Socrates

Socrates is our data analysis platform that provides multi-faceted online market research and survey capability. Socrates is a fully functioning development, hosting, and reporting program that can be used for quick and simple surveys or for more complex research projects with data export into various formats such as SPSS.
